Return & Exchange policy:

We care about our customers and it is always our first priority to facilitate you in every single way. In any case, you change your mind or due to any other possible reason, you need a refund, we do provide it. Refunds will be assembled for all commodities in initial unused condition within 30 days of the date of shipment. You are requested to patiently wait. Refunds will be provided to you in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we might not be able to give you a refund over shipment and handling cost. It would only consist of the cost of the product, moreover any relevant sales tax. We also provide you the opportunity to exchange a product for another. Please note it down that If the other product is expensive/ higher in price than the purchased product, the difference is to be paid by you. Additionally the customer will be responsible to pay the cargo and transport charges for the product they are willing to return, or exchange. A 25% restocking fee on an exchange of items will also be imposed on the customer.

Custom Orders:

If you have a potential design and want us to recreate it for you, Celebjackets welcomes you for it. Please make sure that custom orders are made especially for a person and it would not be possible for us to re-sell it. Therefore, you will not be able to get a refund over custom orders. However, if there would be any issue in manufacturing of custom order from our behalf, it would be our main priority to fix it and make it according to your desire and ship it back to you as soon as possible.

Incorrect Orders Or Damaged Products:

If a certain product you ordered from us is shipped incorrectly ( not the one you place an order for) or reaches to you damaged condition, It would be our responsibility, we will replace or put back the item and provide you with a full refund. All returns will be attributed to the original form of payment.
