File a Return / Exchange Instruction

We care about our customers and it is always our first priority to facilitate you in every single way.

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in good condition. In case the item(s) is received in damaged condition, please contact the customer support.
  • Send the return package to the following address,
  • We also provide you the opportunity to exchange a product for another. Please note If the other product is expensive/ higher in price than the purchased product, the difference is to be paid by you.
  • The return / exchange will be processed after reviewing the information you have submitted.
  • Once the Fulfillment center has received and inspected your return (Usually within 48 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed.
